ROCIP is responsible for the registration of all matters relating to Companies and Intellectual Property.

The area of Companies covers domestic companies (profit and non-profit), external companies, business names and partnerships.

Intellectual Property covers two broad categories: (1) Industrial Property which includes trademarks, patents, industrial designs and geographical indications; and (2) Copyright and Related Rights.

Other services provided by ROCIP. include the facilitation of searches, photocopies and certified copies.
