Our company registration system is very easy to use. The process is fast and painless and you'll have your Certificate of Incorporation or Registration before you know it.

1.	Complete our online forms You'll need to fill out application forms (all done online) which ask about the details of your new company (name of the company, names and addresses of people involved etc). Our super-smart forms allow correcting mistakes as you go through and provide helpful assistance along the way.
2.	Payment and case processing After you've paid the registration fees at Companies Registry our system electronically forwards your case for processing. You don't need to go anywhere or do anything. When the process is completed, you will be informed of the status (approved or not) once you log into your account.
3.	Certificate After you were informed that your application is approved you would need to come into the Registry to collect your Certificate of Incorporation or Registration.

That's it! Your new company will be officially registered and ready to function.

How easy is it to complete the forms?

Very easy. Our top priority was to make an online forms that anybody could use and understand. You can go back and review your information at any time and make corrections (if needed). Can I just try it out?

Yes you can. There is no upfront payment or commitment.

How long does the whole process take?

The questionnaire can take anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes complete - it depends on the details of your new company (how many directors there are etc). After the forms are complete we process the case. While this is happening you can stay at our site and wait for the confirmation.
